Who sells the reading

Sothara readings are sold by Alexander Remizov, an individual based in Ukraine. You can write to us at hello@sothara.com.

Payments are taken by Whop through the checkout on this site. Whop adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live and pays it to the tax authorities. Whop's own terms apply to the payment.

What you buy

A personal astrological reading of your birth chart based on Alice Bailey's Esoteric Astrology, sent as a PDF of about 35 pages in the language of the page you order from.

It is a written astrological reading for reflection. It is not a consultation, therapy or psychological help, nor medical, legal or financial advice. It does not predict events and does not promise any outcome.

Price

One reading costs the price shown on the page you order from, in that page's currency: $47 on the English page, €42 on the Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian pages, 185 zł on the Polish page, ¥7,400 on the Japanese page and ₩62,000 on the Korean page, plus tax where it applies. The Russian page shows the price in roubles (3 800 ₽) as a guide and charges $47.

Whop may show the amount converted into the currency of your country. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Your birth details

The reading is made for the date, exact local time and place of birth you give when you order, and in the language of the page you order from. Please check them before you pay: the reading can only be as accurate as the details you send. An exact time of birth is required, because without it the Ascendant cannot be calculated.

Delivery

We send the PDF to the email address you used at checkout within 24 hours of payment. If it has not arrived, please check your spam folder and write to hello@sothara.com.

Refunds

Until your reading is sent, you get a full refund at your first request, no questions asked. If it has not reached you within 72 hours of payment, you get a full refund. Once the PDF is sent it cannot be refunded, because it is written for you personally. If the mistake is ours, for example we used the wrong birth details, we prepare the reading again free of charge.

To ask for a refund, write to hello@sothara.com from the email address you used at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

Your reading is digital content made personally for you from your birth details. By ordering, you ask us to start preparing it straight away, and you accept that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the PDF has been delivered to you. Until then, the refund terms above give you a full refund at your first request.

Personal use

The reading is for your personal use. Please do not resell it or publish it.

Liability

We prepare every reading with care. As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. This does not take away the protection that the consumer law of the country where you live gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
